Ron Paul without any congressional support is a lost cause. Sorry one guy is NOT ENOUGH.

And he is NOT the answer.

Sure he is. HE may not be able to do it all himself, but HOPEFULLY he breaks through to many, many, many minds. We need more politicians LIKE him. We need more of HIM and less of everyone else.

If conservatives are all for personal responsibility, why do they spend all their time blaming liberals for every single thing in the universe? Do they not understand how contradictory that is?

Oh wait. Yes, they don't understand it.

Bush wasn't liberal.

He was a borderline fascist though, and definitely a corporatist. (No excuses now. But he's sure to win another term.)

He left major time bombs in the economy. The bills for TARP, the Medicare Prescription Plan and most notably two unfunded wars. He also is responsible for the biggest chunk of the projected deficit due to low taxes.

Obama is only marginally better. Half measures and friendly to the corporate world.

In fact, every president since FDR has slowly chipped away at the public trust and the common good. Carter included. I give Ike a pass since he warned us all this would happen.

Bottom line, they are going to ride the public until it is broken. They are going to create crisis after crisis and profit on both sides.

It's going to take depression and abject poverty running rampant to break the cycle we are in and unlock the stolen wealth of the commons.

Then they'll do it all over again.
........he was not an accountant, I don't know who he was, but he and his Father were LIBERAL REPUBLICANS............not everyone can tell the difference, but that's what makes a debate..........Check the budget under Bush.
