This would have been possible had Spitzer not decided his fondness for sex with prostitutes was more important than his marriage or his political career.
There wouldn't have been a problem if his wife was as liberal as he.

Whatever happened to open marriage?

Does it need to be legalized?

He'd be running in NY...you never know in this state. Especially if he runs for mayor of NYC. Funding would be a problem, though...Wall Street hates the man.

That shows a fundamental inability to control his base impulses, and exercise sound judgement. It also shows a huge ego. Nobody in his position is stupid or crazy enough to do something like that unless they don't think they are going to get caught.

As for Bernie Sanders he's as bad as the Tea Party Republicans that refuse to allow revenue increases by closing tax loopholes are raising taxes.

The country isn't going to going progress too far if more people aren't willing to compromise.
Please elaborate on this. I'm very curious as to your reasoning for this strange statement.

It's not so much hate as it is fear. That fear led to his being brought down. Unfortunately, he gave them something to work with. New Yorkers loved Spitzer and were very disappointed in his allowing himself to be caught in a scandal.

I have always liked Eliot Spitzer, I think it would be a great idea. Plus we know he has great taste in women.
We don't necessarily need someone who is to the left of Obama to challange him for the nomination. After all, I want a Dem to win in 2012. If the candidate is framed as "too liberal", he or she won't stand a chance.

Another centrist Dem would do, male or female. BUT, one with balls this time!
