Rand's medical expenses most likely far exceeded what she paid in, but that certainly did not stop her. Please explain how Social Security is a "Ponzi scheme".

How is this Tea Party hypocrisy? Ayn Rand died decades before the Tea party ever came in to existence. Besides, Ayn rand was about enlightened self interst. Why would she turn down money that was available to her, especially since it was her own money taken from her in the form of taxes?

Don't you understand?

Leftists care so much about CERTAIN others, they want to take by force from the rest and redistribute it...

THAT is the definition of charity...to the left anyway.

The TEA party is not against SS and Medicare, just against reckless federal spending, expansion of the government, and runaway deficit spending.

We do need to address SS and Medicare, because even the federal government says these programs will go broke if we do nothing.

Are you in favor of us heading for $17 trillion in debt? Because that is where we are headed if we allow the democrats and RINOs to keep spending.

Lefties love to steal other people's money to spend on themselves and their pet causes. How dare somebody want their stolen money back!

...all it proves is that you people call TEA party people racists so often, that they need to continually defend themselves, even going so far as trying to head off the coming "racist" comments before you guys get a chance to use them.

As I said yesterday, it HAS to be racism - otherwise they have to debate us. A 'racist' is someone winning an argument with a liberal.
