About 3 blocks from Temple University. I heard this school was in a really bad area, now I believe it.
Three blocks from Temple? Damn didn't those poor underprivileged minority youths understand that it was illegal to carry firearms with in 1000 feet of a School? Well maybe they checked Google maps to make sure they were not violating any federal gun laws before shooting at the bus.
Too bad no one fired back doing their minority group and society a service by removing one of those misguided youths from the gene pool.
There are just evil people. They will do this kind of reckless and violent things and they wouldn't care who dies. To them it doesn't matter if the economy is booming or in a recession, they have nothing else in their minds except causing damage and pain.
No charges are filed because it didn't happen. Philly has a law against openly carrying AK pistols, so the camera must be lying.
