I think its because there are no jobs and they are probably ex-cons, so now they cant get jobs because of that. It's also due to the lack of education since the one guy looks above 25, but due to his lack of education he can't figure out wrong from right yet, he needs to go back to 4th grade to learn that. |

As someone who grew up in Philly and works there (and is here right now) this sadly is not shocking. There's so many disgusting people in this city and everyone is so quick to blame everything but themselves. "no work". it doesn't matter, even when the economy was THRIVING people were still ghetto and killed each other like crazy in this city.

Exactly. People like him always turn these criminals/pigs/animals into VICTIMS here.
It's their parents fault for popping out kids left and right so they can collect the stamps and never spend a minute raising their kids.
