I would also audit and reform the Federal Reserve. As is the Federal Reserve is unsustainable. It should be set up more like what North Dakota has.

And also I would repeal all free trade agreements.

5. Immigrants here on work VISA pay a higher tax than citizens
6. Have a national lottery. Voluntary contribution 1 drawing per week based on last 4 didgits of ssn. you can only win once. Up to 10.00 per pay check.
10.00 buys you 5 chances to win. 50% of revenue goes to the debt. 5 winners per week split the tax free winnings.
I could live with almost all of this, but 1, which didn't get a number.

100% tax on on all products not manufactured in the USA. That's how you fix that.

We still export a great deal of goods. I believe our tariffs and tax should mirror those of our trading partners.

If you wanted to see this 100% tax at work, you would go to Bermuda, where you would pay that tax on a car. Cars there get washed inside and out, the bottom side too every single day.I'll stand my ground as stated, other wise I think you have a pretty good plan.

Then there is that other little problem, where our notes are worth $0.025 cents.

Interesting the OP only has choices to "decrease" and has nothing for "reform"

We don't need to decrease any spending, we need to weed out the corruption in all the programs listed.

Open borders.

Blanket amnesty.

Taxing every single person in the union like they had a say in the voting process. 1% to 40% depending on pay, progressive?

Allowing all of them to vote.

No minimum wage.

No corporate taxes.

A marketing campaign that's second to none.

If you're going to get out of this you'll need to expand your voter/tax base.

You've localized too much mass in one area.

You need to spread it out so you do not cause a massive disruption (war) in the equilibrium.

I would start by ending the occupations in Iraq and Afghanistan and that means every single troop we will leave the equipment. All infrastructure building would come to a halt, we need it in our own country. Military bases and personal will be reviewed if the host countries want us as part of their defense they will have to share in the cost. If they do not want to pay f*** em we will with drawl.

Troops will be stationed at the border and security will be so tight it will be a miracle for unwanted guest to enter. All aid to illegals will end except for food, we will not house them or give them any cash and will not let them use medicaid to drop a anchor baby. If they show up at emergency room for delivery they have to agree to have their tubes tied.

The Marxist tax code will be scrapped and replaced with a 10% flat tax with the first 20,000 exempted. The death tax will be abolished, capital gains 10%, corporate taxes 10% no write offs. All exemptions such as deductions for children and mortgages will be scrapped, everything taxed at 10% including the gas tax and the cigarette tax. The economy would boom and so would revenue to the gvt.

With the added revenue from the above I would cut spending down to 2000 levels and chop 1.5 trillion off the budget, everything would be on the table. Dept of Education would be abolished and returned to the states. I would steam line the federal gvt and the workforce would be chopped in half. All programs that could be run by the states would go back to the states.

I can think of a slew of things considering how over bloated the gvt is, but this would be a good start.

Oh sure if we open the borders here, then the rest of the world should too. No more passports, no more borders, and come to think of it no more money, no more Govt's, and no more problems. It's hell on Earth!
