Please explain this "rise in Christian fundamentalism" that you speak of. Me thinks it's another boogieman of the left along with birthers, truthers and warmers. Maybe we'll call you guys Christers.
Jesus: Love, pray for, feed, clothe and bless your enemies
Muhammad: Kill the infidel
Psst, Fiyero....................you're an infidel.
Yeah, so why don't you follow Jesus' commands of love and non-judgement? Every post you make on this board is nasty, divisive, and insulting.
If it is truly hate and simply not calling having an opinion that differs from a leftist "hate", then you're agreeing with me and do not realize it. There is specific criteria for being a Christian, simply referring to oneself as one does not meet the criteria. But again, I'm a bit skeptical as to what you define as "hate" because that's one of the main strategies out of the Neo Prog playbook; call anything that they disagree with "hate."
And yes, you are hateful. You stereotype people you know nothing about and resort to name-calling. You show no respect towards other posters that have a different opinion. You are nothing like Jesus at all. Nothing.

So true. It gets nauseating, so I mostly don't read her extremly small minded posts anymore.
Let's face it. A large fraction of our species, homo sapiens, love to kill. If it's not war, it's someone they disagree with, if not them then it's indiscriminately killing animals. Those who enjoy killing should be the first to take the bullet. Then there are those who defend them if the word, "Christian" is attached to the killing or threats of killing.
There have been more people killed in the name of religion, and specifically Christianity over the millenia than for any other single thing. There are good people who are Christian, but triple the number who claim to be Christian who are nothing more than liars, murderers and rapists.
Looks like patriots vs traitors rather than a comment about religious ststus.
Imagine the virulent comments you'd get from muslims on the street.

Atheists should have no bearing on any discussion of religious expression. No one is bothering them, they are in a minority and should take no comfort in inconviencing their fellow countrymen for the sake of publicity and legal exercise in the name of their cause.
Organized religion is under attack in this country as percieved by its victims. Secular law cannot repalce religious tennants as there can never be enough laws to cover all bases. Such a large collection of laws would consume all our freedom and still not be complete. The law of man is then open to appeals, reversals and interpretation which leaves no reference point for behavioral standards.
In God we trust.
Trying to make Christians the equivalent of Muslim warmongers is all this is about.

I have no clue what you're talking about. God gave 613 laws. Only 2 of them are in our nation's laws.
As for man's law being open to interpretation. Um, hello! There are over 35,000 Christian denominations arguing over the interpretation of God's laws. Hypocrisy alert!
And yes, you are hateful. You stereotype people you know nothing about and resort to name-calling. You show no respect towards other posters that have a different opinion. You are nothing like Jesus at all. Nothing.
Spot on. She is NOTHING like Jesus, and never will be. She does, however, embody 99.9% of the "christians" I know, so I'm really not surprised. They are an extremely hate-filled group.
Since you're not a tolerant Christian, it's rather hypocritical for you to criticize intolerant atheists.
I've never professed unconditional tolerance, so how am I a hypocrite? Neo Progs confuse disagreement with hate, yet you guys profess " tolerance" but are only tolerant to those you agree with. Where's the nobility in that?
