As for Whole Foods, I won't shop there. I can get great organic produce at a local farmer's market, although it costs more money.

There aren't any good farmer's markets with organic growers where I am. Most of them probably sell GMO foods too! I'm mad.

I'm sure the rats in Monsanto's lab don't care either.

Not only do we have to be worried about the Federal Government robbing us blind, treating us like slaves after they've taken away our liberties. Now they want to COMPLETELY take away our access to SAFE WHOLE FOOD???
What are the elites going to do? I'm sure not all of them have their own organic farms. They shop at Whole Foods too or at least the multi-millionaires ....those that may not qualify as elites do. Are we all going to be made sick so the medical establishment can move in and capitalize on our developing chronic and degenerative diseases????
Certainly nobody that works at Monsanto would be dumb enough to eat GMO foods. They know first hand about the dangers.

Might check these to see if they sell non-GMO:

Not only that, but now the bastards are going after raw milk producers and the FDA is trying to regulate herbal and natural supplements out of business in favor of synthetic supplements produced by Big Pharma.
I think a website you might be interested in is Independent news on natural health, nutrition and more

For example they both carry Eden Foods. Otherwise they are great. The people in the meat dept are nice and will go the extra mile when I'm making organic raw meat and bones cat food. Since they are more convenient I spend a lot of money there but I really liked Whole Foods better.
I can get everything that Healthy Home foods has access to. They are just a Mom and Pop operation for someone who isn't familiar with how to shop or read labels or who is unfamiliar with foods and their by products that are most likely to be genetically engineered. Thanks anyway though.
I really liked the Whole Foods Brand and I guess I'm going to have to give that up now. What a bummer.

The dangers of GMO food have in fact been documented and scientifically shown, most of the scientists involved (and realized the threat) have simply been silenced.

Whole Foods went "corporate" quite some time ago.
Your best bet are Farmer Markets and/or direct sales from farms.
I'm truly lucky here in Texas that we have both farms and Farmer Markets all over.
Lots of small farms and ranches that do both markets and direct sales.
Here's a good link to see what's in your area..Farmer Markets, CSA, farms
Local Harvest / Farmers Markets / Family Farms / CSA / Organic Food
The below..on the left is a "Choose your state" pulldown to see what's specific to your state.
