What really would **** me off if I was a farmer is even if you've never planted any of their GMO seeds, if your fields get contaminated due to cross pollination from your neighbor's fields, then Monsanto can sue you for millions for failing to pay for their seeds. Even though you never planted any of their seeds and instead were just doing the traditional saving part of your crop to plant next season.

You can't escape GMO no matter how hard you try unless you grow your own everything.

That is just a sad fact of life now.
The same goes for corn and look at how pervasive THAT is. They give it to animals that should be eating grass and they make a zillion other derivative products out of it corn oil, corn syrup, hydrogenated versions; hydrolized versions etc etc.

Now we have a whole OTHER concern. That is to AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE any "product of Japan" after Fukishima.
