Well said! My kingdom for a good give and take with a thoughtful conservative, rather than the arguments about whether global warming is a hoax, or if Obama is a socialist dictator or a spineless, job-killing wimp.

The GOP needs to get their act together, stop shaking in the corner, balled up trebling with fear holding onto Beck's latest book for dear life, and return to sanity.
That's a pretty funny post right there. Delusional as all heck, but funny.

It's not just Republican intellectualism. America is a bunch of morons.

The majority of Americans want to "cut spending", but they don't want to cut the program that is sinking America's budget: Medicare.

The Harvard Intellects have had carte blanche with the government for decades now and they can't seem to come up with anything besides spinning more plates on sticks.

The more the plans fail the more the planners plan.

No. I am saying that liberals mistake shouting for intelligence.

Having fun yet?

Actually one party bends over backwards to compromise while the other says, ‘my way or the highway’. If anyone doubts this, please provide a quote from a prominent Republican leader claiming to be open to compromise. You won’t find one as they refuse to even utter the ‘dirty word’.

Everyone knows that there’s no equivalent to the Teabaggers on the left. Fact is the Republican leaders follow their bases lead, while the Democratic leadership diss’s and gives short shrift to theirs.
Those crazy tea baggers almost stopped Obama and the democrats from spending themselves into an unsustainable (see CBO) path.

Thankfully, Obama and his cronies, put in place a super congress to remove those democratically elected people. It's just inasane to have 535 people in congress when one benevolent dictator would do.

The results?

We spend ourselves into an unsustainable path.

Those evil tea baggers and their ideology and their unwillingness to compromise.

Looks more like the terrorist run the White House and the Senate.

Nothing new

This is exactly why I say that intellectualism is over rated. It does NOT in ANY way mean they are intelligent or even smart for that matter. It only means they have the gift of gab and can BS real good. NONE of these so-called intellectuals have solved anything, only made things worse due to their over inflated egos that make them think they are superior to everyone else and they are NEVER wrong.
