No tax revenues
Spending cuts during a recession which guarantees a Depression

"Learned a lesson" is past tense. What is he supposed to have learned from?

Boehner learned two lessons:

1) He may be Speaker for now, but Cantor's in charge.

2) Obama's a push-over.

I think spending cuts on the level currently implemented aren't sufficient. We either need more cuts or more revenue, until the debt is paid down somewhat.

But this has nothing to do with my question. What is Boehner supposed to have "learned" from?

Bush's fault
Racists
Tea party
Just needs 4 more years to fix 8 years of Bush

I hope Obama tries these limpwristed excuses next year. Should make for a very bad campaign for him.
