It says he is *considering* the ban .Whether it will pass is an entirely different thing .

Well, they don't have a written constitution over there. They follow "tradition" when it comes to passing laws over there and whatever rights the EU has granted. Is freedom of speech and assembly among them? Maybe, I'm not quite sure on that. Perhaps someone familiar with UK and EU law can answer that question.

And if it did happen here, there's only two ways that can happen. Either through a declaration of an emergency (aka martial law), or the SCOTUS decides that banning social networks does not violate the 1st Amendment

Don't quote me on this but I think I saw another link from another thread that it was 900 arrested and 376 charged?
