When OWS start disrupting schools or colleges that are funded by taxpayers money, I mean why does'nt the school expell them? There are a lot of students that got turned down that would be glad to go to class and live within the frame work of rules. The students that disregard that framework and disrupt or cause damage should be expelled.

Most schools have honor codes. Students who violate the honor code should be expelled. Students who show flagrant disregard for the law and destroy campus property should be expelled.

IMO, the OWS crowd members should be individually billed/charged for the overtime hours for the public employees required to keep their protests in check and to clean up their unsanitary conditions. Certainly there are enough cameras in these public places to id them and take them to court, no?

I would go beyond this. Why should we tax-payers pay for all the increase security at any of their protests, and for the clean-up of the trash and damages they cause and leave behind? Among other things....Tax-payers should sue the OWS.

How come OWS doesn't pay the same $10,000 a day fees for space the Tea Party had to pay with when they complied with the laws?

Oh that's right, the OWS are anarchists that don't believe in laws.

Because the funding organizations are largely Obama supporters is why they are not being charged for permits. However, they should be charged per day for permits regardless of whether they applied for them or not.

That indeed would begin to make strides towards picking up the tab for their actions. Just hand the billing over to Mr. Megaphone and watch for the down twinkly finger vote.

We're not talking chump change here......

Occupy protests cost nation's cities at least $13M - Houston Chronicle (http://www.chron.com/news/article/Occupy-protests-cost-nation-s-cities-at-least-13M-2283619.php - broken link)

Someone other than taxpayers need to be held responsible for this needless expense.
