Scab or Business Owner. They're both the same to those who don't want to be held responsible for their own lives.

Well, obviously the OP wanted to put his spin on the thread.

That's right, he is on his own. He doesn't want to be part of a union,
and his employees didn't want to be part of a union.

It's America. We can join a union if we want to, or we can choose not to join a union. It's called freedom.
