You didn't, because there is no such thing as isolationism. No American of any reknown advocates any such thing, and no American ever has advocated it. That is a cheap stunt and equivocation used by Rambo wannabes to defame advocates of the policy of neutrality advocated by America's founders.

Why don't these people just leave and fight all these good causes, and leave the rest of us alone?

I think that he warmonering U.S. citizen of today is one that has been brought up on too many John Wayne movies, and who is like those who comensate for lack of virility by buying the largest fastest car and who would like the U.S. to have the biggest gun in the world. We cannot afford to spend such a massive amount of money on the military when we are seeing Congress (all of them jackasses who should be forced to take a huge paycut, and lose their pensions(where else in the real world do you get a pension for four years of service?) cutting programs that we need for building infrastructureand helping the needy and elderly of this country

You're right! And I'm sure that the rebel factions over there would be happy to recruit them for their cause!

We are instigating the protests by installing jihadists into Syria to create chaos. When to gov't fights back, we have an excuse to go in to restore calm. What we really want is control, then we will move onto Iran.
We will be in Syria, as soon as we are done bombing Libya - that regime change is taking longer than expected.

This insurgency is there to destabilize and create a pretext for responsibility to protect NATO intervention in Syria,” he claimed.

In the wake of the Russian delegation’s mission, he stressed, there is a need for investigation into the causes and consequences of the insurrection.
We have information that NATO headquarters in Brussels and the Turkish High Command are in fact drawing up plans for the first military step into Syria,” Chossudovsky said. “And we also know that NATO is in fact recruiting mujahedeen and jihadists to assist them in their campaign in these various countries.”

He believes that any military intervention in Syria would immediately lead to regional escalation involving Israel, Lebanon and even Iran.
