Answer: Same metro different states just like El Paso/Jaurez is same metro, different countries.
OK, you win , Ciudad Juarez is in Texas. Well Mexico once owned Texas, maybe that's what Perry meant.

LOL, I love it when you give up after being proven WRONG. There's no need to be angry at yourself, there's nothing wrong with letting someone else educate you from time to time.

Sometimes redundancy is the only way to teach people or to correct their mistakes. It seems to be working well on you already.

Juarez is basically in America. It borders El Paso and it is a great vacation destination.

He is an idiot regardless of this topic, I don't know why you vehemently defend this Grade A Moron.

El Paso (USA) and Juarez (Mexico) are vitually touching one another. The major of Juarez lives in El Paso (I don't blame him!). As a Texan, I tend to think of El Paso/Juarez as one entity also. Kind of like Dallas/Fort Worth.

No, the fact that you put the apostrophe in the wrong place makes you look more uneducated.

People in general understand the most simplest terms i.e. america=USA Mexico=Mexico etc.

Perry is an idiot point blank.

I'm done with this tedious defense of a gay hating, christian pushing, bible thumping dimwit.

Detroit and Winsor Ontario are right next to each other on the border. Does that mean Detroit is in Canada?
