We have a way to go, I don't see any of those starving kids like in other countries walking the streets looking for food. Poverty in America is like being rich in some other countries.

You cannot attribute this to a single person.
World economics, the increased violence in Mexico, our expanded welfare programs even with budget crisis send out a big COME ON IN to illegals and their families.

Even with min wage or lower salaries there's enough social welfare programs they can qualify for without being citizens.

In our quest for social justice for America's poor we also opened the door for the world's poor to come here and make a home.

Pregnant women come from all over the world to "vacation" here and have their kids on US soil.
