No he did not.

Texas did not accept the stimulus money to fund unemployment for p/t workers because that had a major string attached..states had to change their state rules to include p/t workers for unemployment and after 2 years of Fed funding the states had to fund it themselves.

Perry also did not submit Texas to receive any Race to the Top stimulus funds because that also had a string attached..that the Fed would be able to determine the state's education curriculum.

So where did YOU get that Texas accepted 100% of the stimulus money ?
BTW other states also did not accept those stimulus dollars that had Fed strings attached..namely those that gave the Fed power to change state laws.

Not a fan of Perry. With that said, he wins Ohio and Florida (if he chooses Rubio). NC is purple but will go Perry. That spells doom for Obama right there since the usual suspects will either be blue or red.
