This poster believes you are one of the most clueless he has run across on City Data, no matter what country you were born in. If it weren't for the number of posts you have on CD I would have expected you to be a troll. Apparently not...

It is obvious that the Constitution, American law, and the opinions of some of the most highly placed legal people in our country, who are universally respected for their objectivity, have no meaning to you because, in your mind, President Obama would not be eligible to be president even if both his parents were from your home town.

I am very surprised that this total waste of time thread has lasted this long. To all those who are finally realizing you are talking to a brick wall, how about we a just leave this poster to stew in their own juices?

Please note footnote 4...Morse references the 1863 Droit des Gens. Does anyone recognize its significance.

I haven't been following this whole thing (just got back from vacay last night), but who is Morse, why does his opinion matter and what is 1863 "Droit des Gens"? Sounds like something French, in which case it is totally irrelevant to anything regarding US law.

Does anyone find it strange that in all the Obama lawsuits over his lack of eligibility not at one time has he presented any of his alleged birth certificates to a court?

It would be so easy to make a legal determination if they were valid. But he has not done so...why? This is very very odd Obama wants to keep his alleged birth certificates out of the courts.

What is he hiding?

None has ever gotten that far. He has not been called to testify. Do you find that strange?

nope. obama has only been directly named in 3 ( out of 78 ?? ) of the birther trials and all of those were dismissed for lack of standing before evidence would be submitted.

are you going to answer my questions now?

The above post really does not mean very much given that Obama has had plenty of opportunities to present his alleged birth certificates to a court of law...but he continues to avoid the courts.

Why?
