Basically: buying bottled water with food stamps, wastefully dumping the purified water then returning the bottles for cash. Environmentalist liberals, please think of Saul Alinsky when getting upset over the wasted water and increased plastic output as a result. Please think of the bigger picture of helping out the little guy, or else you're racist.

...or if you're just desperate for booze and the EBT card prevents you from deliberately selling your physical stamps.

Where there's a will, there's a way. Short of cutting them off, government cannot stop the ability for a dedicated person from getting crack or 40s with their food stamps.

In related news a USDA employee was caught wasting paper clips at his desk this morning. "The Congress appropriated the funds to buy those paperclips, and it is a clear abuse of taxpayer dollars to turn them into chains or bend them into elephants and other playful shapes," a USDA spokesman reported.

Fox news will keep you up to date on this shocking example of waste, fraud, and abuse in the public welfare system.

While this obviously should be stopped, making such a big deal about a relatively small amount of money is obviously another distraction from the right wing to make people forget how much wealth has moved up the ladder in the last 30 years.

Give them all felony rap sheets and ruin their lives. I could care less if they have to sleep in a tent in the swamp gutter for the rest of their useless days on this planet. You treat me like crap by abusing my generosity as a taxpayer, then I treat you like crap in return. You reap what you sow in Aero's America.
