Yep -- because that's the non choice we Americans have. We get to vote for a party that represents about 20 percent of our views, or we get to vote for a party that has no chance whatsoever of being elected.

I know you are a Ron Paul supporter. I will vote for Ron Paul if he gets the Republican nomination. Newsflash: he won't. So I will be stuck voting for Obama because while he represents about 20 percent of the agenda I'd like to see, Rick Perry represents about 5 percent. Yay democracy, American-style.

Hmmmmmmmmmm. Knowing Trumka and all the other union bosses this sounds pretty possible, also. I wonder what they will call the Bank of America to deflect what it really is after Obama takes it over.

Gerald Celente of Trends Research was saying a year ago that there is a good possibility that 2012 will see the rise of third parties. He may be right.

Fox news isn't my only source. I read a thing today from the LA Times about the 5 reasons Palin will run. She is pretty conservative and I think can get the nomination since Romney isn't far enough right and Perry is being dealt with by the media pretty effectively. I am ready to vote for Palin but would just pass that office if I had to choose between Obama and Paul. Now Rand Paul would be a different horse for me.

Honestly, I'd rather choose Palin over Perry. Perry just.......seems too sinister. He has that face ya know? Kinda like Bush did. I'd rather elect the loud one over the quiet, calculated one. At least Palin didn't force kids to take vaccines by executive order, or was for a NAFTA superhighway (she probably will be in office anyway).

I hope so, but even if third parties have an impact this year, that impact will not last. Look at the Reform Party of 1992.

You're going off topic on your own thread, roy. But since you started it, those of you who support Palin are beyond my comprehension. I can see how even a guy like Perry appeals to some - but Palin? She freakin' resigned in the middle of her term. Who does that? Someone who also attends six different colleges before obtaining a four-year degree?

Good suggestion. However, what will the letters stand for. Geithner or Government Motors worked pretty well. Maybe Boo could stand for Barry's Order of Ogres or something like that.

Now throw in bank at the end of my suggestion and you have a very descriptive name, BOOB.
