If you are going to let the payroll tax holiday expire for employees than you need to allow the bush tax cuts for the top 2% expire as well. It's ridiculous to allow tax cuts for the average working American expire, yet extend them for the top 2%.

That's what I'm saying. I remember just a few months back Republicans not caring about the Bush tax cuts increasing the deficit, but now they have a problem with the payroll tax holiday increasing the deficit.
