If she found her way to the polling place in 2008 I am sure that she voted for Obama. The only people in the group I showed being interviewed who could compete with her for stupid would be the young white woman with the hand lettered Obama shirt and the old white guy with the hefty white mustache.

I don't know about that. These pollsters usually don't come to MA. Polling 12 Obama voters from podunk USA is not a scientific inquiry. Frankly, just making that assertion deems the writer a dolt. That's not to say a lot of Obama voters aren't idiots themselves, but don't fall prey to the very thing you are charging.
Those people were voting in a Dallas suburb. Do you consider that podunk? I thought all of them except the first white woman who didn't know from anything were pretty well dressed. They didn't have a podunk look but then they weren't from Massachusetts, were they?

Her first point is that she doesn't want to work. As if that's some fantastic, novel realization. Her entire monologue pointed to novel realization, when it was simply just an exercise in the ridiculous. Every one works. Every human, every bird, every fish, every insect; all creatures on the planet have to work. Does that really need to be said?
Her entire argument rests on the fact that she's stupid. Stupid enough to not learn critical thinking in college. What's the point of going to college if a person isn't going to garner a bit of critical thinking skills? She thinks she "needs" a car. Well, no she doesn't. She does not need to own a home that she cannot afford. She doesn't need that debt. She could have easily rented an apartment with several roommates and pay a pittance for rent- in an area with public transportation. She thinks sewage, water treatment systems, plumbing, etc all should be free because why? Because she's just that stupid.
Are you aware that you can buy a parcel of land in NH for 5-7K? Yep, it's possible. Now, you will not be tied to any town system; no electricity, no plumbing, no sewage, no road, and lint for property taxes. But, for those that want to opt out, to practically go off the grid, those options are available. But, the rest of us will not labor for you (general you) for free. She should give it a go. Log some of the trees down. Create a garden. Fashion herself some kind of structure to live in. Dig a latrine. Fetch her own water and learn to hunt. Oh, but that wouldn't fit into the "I don't want to work" mantra.

She works and pays her bills, roy. I agree with her on the banking system and debt. I have never been on welfare or had Medicaid, does this make me part of the welfare class too?
