"On November 16, 1990, Barack Obama, then president of the Harvard Law Review, published a letter in the Harvard Law Record, an independent Harvard Law School newspaper, championing affirmative action."

"Although a paragraph from this letter was excerpted in David Remnick's biography of Obama, The Bridge, I had not seen the letter in its entirety before this week. Not surprisingly, it confirms everything I know about Barack Obama, the writer and thinker."

Does anyone remember when David Brooks of the NY Times said Bush should step aside and let Barry start governing?

Countdown until Obama leaves Office: 509 days as of August 29, 2011.

Wow gee golly gosh, I didn't realize Obama's English was so bad. Maybe Cashill should collect more examples like those and put out a series of books titled "Obamaisms." Kinda like those "Bushisms," remember those? He could make a fortune selling them!

Yes, you're right. We need a hierarchy in this society that is based on one's ability to read and write syntactically. That would mean that most of the Republi-tards on this forum would be subjected to a life of permanent servitude.

I despise what Skippy has done to this country as much as anyone...but seriously? Some writing samples from 20 years ago?

Really?

We all know he's just a puppet for Soros or someone else behind the scenes anyway...what does this prove?

Barry was an ADULT. Now people know why many of us question how Barry was accepted into Harvard in the first place.

It isn't important but I'm curious why Michelle Obama "voluntarily surrendered" her law license a mere 5 years after receiving it. Her Wikipedia page says it was "no longer necessary for the work she was doing". BS. A "voluntary surrender" means either you give it up or it will be taken away from you. (Like how we "voluntarily surrender" money to the IRS.) If a license isn't needed you let it expire, you don't voluntarily surrender it.

Oh, please. He was a college student who made a few syntax errors. The other "errors" that the author cites aren't errors at all, they are stylistic preferences. What can be seen from the few excerpts is that President Obama had an extensive vocabulary, and a tendency to a pompous debate style which elite institutions like Harvard often reinforce.

Sorry, the Wikipedia page does not say anything about a "voluntary surrender".

It does say, "voluntary inactive status".

There is a big difference between the two...

Please do better research. That e-mail that circulated a couple of years ago about this was incorrect.
