you brought the birther debate over to here !?!

if you are certain that you know something that every single congressman, judge, law professor and constitutional scholar has missed then hire yourself someone competent in constitutional law and get to work.

Who cares? 1833 was almost 50 years too late to matter.

Really, has Obama or the White House finally released Obama's Birth Certificate? Can you post a link? I'm talking COB and NOT a COLB...there is a difference.

All I've seen up until this point is a Certficate of Live Birth...which no one is arguing the fact that Obama is alive and a Hawaiian COLB is basically a novelty item. They'll issue one to Putin. Then to top it off, the COLB released by the WH was proven to be a fake, hell, the first one left out the doctors signature and the Hawaiin state seal

It only gets worse from there, the Hospital on the COLB doesn't match the hospital's name back in the 1960's. The COLB released by the WH has his listedplace of birth is "Kapi'olani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital." This cannot be, because the hospital(s) in question in 1961 were called "KauiKeolani Children's Hospital" and "Kapi'olani Maternity Home", respectively.

The COLB released by the WH also shows Obama's father born in Kenya at age 25 yrs and Obama being born in 1961. Their basically saying Obama Sr was born in Kenya in 1936. How can that be if Kenya wasn't even founded until 1963? Kenya was know as British East Africa Protectorate during the time of Obama and his Father's birth.

Heck, check out out your self. Here is a link with more info plus a link to the WH government site with pictures of the COLB....but no COB pictures? This whole debate could be put to rest very easily by the WH if they would release a factual COB or Obama's mother's passport...she would have to surrender her old one in order to put Obama down as a US citizen should he have been born outside the US.

Yep - it's in the blood - blame others.

Ran the stop sign - not his fault. Go figure...
Obama has a federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement warrant for his arrest. ICE has previously ordered him to be deported back to Kenya.

Obama pleaded not guilty at his arraignment yesterday. Judge Douglas Stoddart did not set any bail on the driving charges but ordered him held on the ICE warrant.

it will be interesting to see how this one is handled.

george bush isn't here anymore to do this for obama:

Putting politics above homeland security, the Bush administration ordered immigration authorities across the country to halt all deportation enforcement actions until the campaign season was over.

According to my sources, the Bush administration issued a 72-hour cease-and-desist order to all fugitive apprehension teams to spare Obama embarrassment over his Kenyan half-aunt, Zeituni Onyango.

this president is on his own now.

Default Onyango Obama drunken driving

FRAMINGHAM - The uncle of President Obama arrested here last week on drunken driving and other charges has been a fugitive from deportation since 1992, according to two federal law enforcement officials with knowledge of the case.

Onyango Obama, who is from Kenya and is known as the president's Uncle Omar on his father's side, had lived a quiet life in Massachusetts until last Wednesday, when police said the car he was driving darted in front of a police cruiser, nearly causing the officer to hit his car.

The federal officials, who spoke about Obama's immigration status on condition of anonymity because they are not authorized to speak about the case, said Obama had been told to leave in 1992, but he did not go.

Obama is the second relative of the president to have defied a deportation order, reigniting debate over illegal immigration and raising questions about how a man who had lived in the United States illegally for years had managed to secure a job, a Massachusetts driver's license, and apparently, a federal Social Security number, without being detected by US Immigration and Customs Enforcement, or ICE.
