Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, and other prominent CEOs in this country are liberals. Why is that?

I say you start by providing a cite that says "most CEO's are liberals"

My theory is that they feel guilty for having so much, but at the same time they don't want to part with their own wealth, so they vote so that others will have to give up theirs. I've met the children of a few small business owners, and if the business owners are successful, their kids tend to grow up to be liberals, almost always, and raging against their fellow rich people without realizing that they themselves are also very wealthy.

They have compassion. Although I thought it would be the other way around.

Both probably have a common causal third variable.

Got any proof of your observation OP. The discussion would be more intelligent if you presented some stats.

Wait, I thought CEO's were evil and they work their employees to death with minimal benefits, long hours, and crappy pay? Which is it, knowledgeiskey?

Those CEOs are liberals because of their family background, where they grew up, where they live now, and the types of businesses they run.

CEOs like Ken Lay, the idiot from Arthur Anderson, and oil CEOs are conservative because of where they grew up, where they live now, and the types of businesses they run.

Okay, that's like .000005% of the total number of CEO's in America.

According to many leftie posters that is impossible.

Haven't you read the claims about how the repubs are owned lock, stock and barrel by big corps?
