Woodstock it happened all over the country in forms called Rock Festivals. Any open field with a stage could soon become a meeting place for hundreds and thousands of people to get together and be.

Woodstock was the super culmination of what we were doing at that time; it defined a generation. No I was not there in body but in spirit.

After Woodstock everyone you met claimed they were at Woodstock, kind of the total place to have been. Bands, tents, acid, electric kool-aid, booze, bikers, hippies, weed, bon fires, free food, rank port a potties, freedom man - that's what it really was ... that unbelievable place in time.

Actually the 1960s occurred in the late 1970s and early 1980s. I have dated photos proving that no one had shaggy long hair till at least 1977.

I also was a little kid during the landing on the moon. I was wearing
my baby dolls and saw it on TV, so it must be true
