I see the liars are still lying. Let me quote myself. Please read the below for the truth on what a Texas gov. Role is in an execution.

The Texas Gov. does not have the power to just grant anything he wishes in relation to executions.

Probably but what else is new. Texas has been executing innocent men for a very long time.
