I guess all that vacation time he had to spend up in the Vineyards pushed back the formulation of his "big plan". I'm guessing Infrastructure Bank on the agenda to pork up districts for election time. Should just call it an earmark bank cause that's what it is. So much for his three year ban on earmarks he was calling for during the mid term elections. I guess you just rename em and charge on.
"In what could be a way of lowering expectations for next Thursday’s big economic speech, aides to President Obama are privately spreading word that he will not present his entire jobs plan in his address to a Joint Session of Congress."

He can't release the whole plan since it isn't made up yet. He has to save some of it for later campaign speeches. I wonder if he has any idea how much unemployed people would like to see him get on the stick and stop using their situation to try to win some votes.
Damn he promised to settle the whole thing when he got back from his trip and is holding some of it back. If that isn't typical Obama I wonder what it is.

The Obama administration is adrift in the wind with no coherent thinking, plans, solutions, or prayers of dealing with the mess they created based on wrong-headed ivory tower ideology.

Again, at a time when the U.S. desperately needs leadership ... we're getting more 'political soundbytes as usual.' This administration continues to exploit the 30-second 'memory span' of the American public -- Who can really blame them --- it's worked so far.

At a time when this Country needs them, we get more of the same. What leadership. This administration is a freaking joke.
