No, actually he's not right. Apparently he's yet another on this forum lacking the knowledge and foresight it takes to run a business. If he did, he'd tell you how money fungibility works and how the Hyde Amendment does nothing to change that (because it can't).
That is the most inane argument ever. The government, or anyone for that matter spending money on anything will ultimately result in some of that money going to abortions as long as they are legal some of that money will also go to pro life organizations. Money circulating is just part of the economy.
