It should be...

Quote:
God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.

Living one day at a time;
Enjoying one moment at a time;
Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace;
Taking, as He did, this sinful world
as it is, not as I would have it;
Trusting that He will make all things right
if I surrender to His Will;
That I may be reasonably happy in this life
and supremely happy with Him
Forever in the next.

First we need a leader who believes this, then the people will be encouraged.

When we have a leader who has become wishy washy with God, Mayor of New York forbidding God to be apart of 9/11, Pelosi afraid to say what "The Word" is.................................... HE has got to be feeling a little left out.

That bridge is over 100 years old and sits right in the middle of the city that is number one to be blown up Sunday morning. I think I will wait a day or two before I talk to you about your bridge you have.

To those of you in Congress and possibly the President, enjoy your next year in office------keep the places in your districts, because by and large you will be returning.
My Congressman will be returning after winning without any competition. His voters know that he says what he will do and then does it.

Another meaningless post.

The approval rating for Congress was even lower when Democrats were in control.

Amazing isn't it, how that last 0.1% can change an entire election.
There difference is that it was improving under Reagan when he was re-elected, not getting worse.

Not on election day.

Gallup had Bush Sr. at 34% and trending upward on October 15th, 1992. The next poll was on November 22, and that poll had him at 43%. It's safe to say his real approval rate on election day was somewhere between those two numbers and nowhere near 69%.

Damn, I wish that were true. I would send Michelle a red dress, some fancy wine, and a copy of the Kama Sutra, and say GET BUSY first lady! The Dow Jones would rise 2000 the next morning!
