Another great idea. Once again though, I don't think you go far enough. Rather than refusing treatment, the hospital should just go ahead and liquidate the degenerate. Sick poor people are a drain on society. We should just go ahead and take them out before they rack up more bills. It's not fair to the credit card companies and loan sharks to lend money to someone who is going to be dead soon.

get the federal government out of every single aspect of health care, period. health care is so suffucated with regulation its absolutly ridiculous.the free market seems to work well in computer technology right?WHY?little regulation.know which 2 fields of medicine have made the greatest strides in innovation and cost control in modern times? cosmetic surgery and vetenary care.WHY? little regulation. the rules of the game dont change cuz your on a different field folks.
