Police chief furious-- blames our immigration policies.
This is horrific what they did to this woman, an Air Force Vet, and they were REPEATEDLY arrested for crimes over the years and never deported!!
Chief blames immigration policy in woman's murder - CNN.com

Quote:
"In order to deport someone, that person must have committed a "crime of moral turpitude," must have multiple criminal convictions or must be guilty of an aggravated felony, according to federal law."

When is America going to wake up! This is why people are rallying for someone like Trump.

Americans are little more than prey for these savages. Just the thought of this poor woman, a working stiff, being attacked and murdered in her own home because lowlifes feel entitled to someone else's stuff makes me sick.

We're sitting ducks for these b******s, and we'd better wake up.

Only 1 of the 2 was an illegal so we only have to send back half.

The federal government should be held liable for every person murdered or hurt at the hands of an illegal. Their failure to control the border only increases the likelihood of these types of crimes.

There were 7,464 reported rapes in California in 2013, those two, while exceeding regrettable won't put a dent in that statistic.

I am surprised. I thought the deportation focus was on criminals not families, and in this case he was already in custody. Perhaps its' a budget, manpower, or overcrowded facilities issue that let him go free.

If it was the only one committed by an illegal alien, it is one too many. They should not have been here. They should have been in Mexico.

The local justice system screwed up:

"Martinez... was picked up again on May 22, 2014, initially for felony drug and sexual assault charges, police said. The assault charge was later modified to misdemeanor battery. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement filed an "immigration detainer -- notice of action," but the sheriff's office determined the request did not meet its "immigration detention requirements," police said. Martinez posted bail and was released June 4.

In a statement, ICE said it lodged an immigration detainer on Martinez after the May 2014 incident and asked that ICE "be notified prior to Mr. Martinez's release to enable the agency to take custody to pursue possible administrative immigration enforcement action. Available records indicate that Mr. Martinez was released by local authorities a week later without ICE receiving the requested notification."
