Not much, according to this article in the NYT, featuring interviews with CEOs....

Without a DOUBT this jobs package is a huge step in the right direction. Now are the republicans and the tea party going to continue to be obstructionist to the detriment of the American workforce, or get the heck on board and do the right thing and support this bill the minute it comes to congress next week. Any additions that cross party lines but still is pro American worker. Then tack it onto the package....but stop obstructing progress. Americans can no longer tolerate the gridlock.

Haven't we been moving in that direction for quite a while already?

No. Never will 1, 12 or 535 people, or any combination of the three, ever beat out 313 million when it comes to the decision making of the nation.

No disrespect intended, but the article I posted offers specific, in-depth analysis by business leaders who actual HIRE people. You rebutted with partisan generalities.

I wonder if you would actually take the time to at least glance at the NYT link...

You're right.

I would sign the bill today if I were a republican.

Why be seen as an obstructionist to obama's suicide mission?

Will Obama's so-called "jobs" plan work?

Not just no, but hell NO! Just like his "shovel ready" stimulus parts I&II didn't work. It is however payback for certain unions(Teamsters, SEIU, Teachers Unions, etc...).
