It won't stop the EPA from doing what they now have the power to do.

Cap & Trade folks..didn't pass and Copenhagen failed so we end up with the big stick (EPA) and their all encompassing powers.

We had some old plants go off line back in the winter when we had an long cold snap. The providers were buying electricity from Mexico. These are probably the plants that failed.

These aging dirty refineries and power plants expose thousands if not hundreds of thousands of Americans to chemicals that cause cancer, asthma, COPD and other health problems that really do a number on ones life. It is time the GOP took responsibility for being Americas Carcinoma Party. It is time we cleaned up this crap.
