Seems like from the lack of responses to my post on the other page and comments from other users, Republicans children do not go to college.
Then they have the nerve to say Obama supporters are stupid. Oh, you all never fail to impress. This thread actually re-inspired me to start up my political blog that I had been thinking about.
Not necessarily, at this point its not carved in stone but from the line up of GOP contenders i'm not seeing anything that instills confidence in leadership abilities and those that do frequent this particular forum and favor these GOP candidates are really good at the hateful name calling game and come off as a bunch of juvenile whiners and not much else.,

Did you mean "was an effective leader until she QUIT her JOB" effective like that, or effective in killing any chance of McCain becoming President, she was darn good at that also. Send your money to her NOW, she is thinking about running for something.

Funny how she still makes the left so nervous. It's as though liberals think she's a complete anomaly and all they have to do is destroy her and additional solid conservative leaders won't be waiting in the wings. Add to this illusion the idea that the dinosaur media has a lock on information in the age of the Internet. Seems to me to be a false confidence.
Polls consistently show more Americans self-identify as conservative that liberal or even moderate. If not Palin, some other conservative will emerge to lead the nation because the center right electorate will accept nothing else.
The ethics charges did the damage they were intended to do in the short run, but it came at a price for our liberal friends in the form of lost credibility. Failing to oppose her directly on her ideology concedes defeat. Moreover, admitting by nefarious deed that she is ideologically unchallengeable proves even liberals don't believe what they claim to believe.
It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that Republicans want America to fail so if they're against the jobs plan then it must be a good thing
