I love how he said it was already paid for in his speech to the public and then goes and demands congress raise taxes to pay for it the next day.

Luckily the media has the Bill pegged as Obama's political bid for reelection. Obama is simply counting on the same dumbed down public that elected him. The Bill will go no where and Obama knew it when he put it forward.

First, you have no idea. The contracts that will be let are for private contracts who, by definition, aren't public unions.

Second, your rejection of textbook economics is noteworthy.
