That is the problem, Girls being brought in to get it and are not having sex by their choice are in trouble and need help.

You get it before you are sexually active and therefore have no strains of HPV. The vaccine prevents you from getting several strains of HPV in the future, when you become sexually active. If you become sexually active and get one of these strains Gardasil can not prevent you from getting it and it is therefore less effective then it would have been had you had the vaccine BEFORE.
