Guess that's what happens when tea party heads explode and don't know what to do. The minions run off in different directions popping off rounds thinking their the next Orly Taitz or something.

Good grief. At least find something that hasn't been blown out of the water over and over.

The UN is neither an office nor a state. It is like your high school debating team isn't actually a person. Its a place where real persons gather to talk.

Also, the UN security council does not decide who is president. The precidency rotates between nations on a monthly basis, and the nation whose turn it is selects who they give the job to.

So if its the USAs turn to hold the presidency, the USA then appoints whom it choses to do that.

And conflict of interest? Are you kidding? Thats like saying you'll be doing you debating teams homework rather than your own. The UN is an organization for settling international disputes. Not a country.

And this ^ makes it a conflict of interest for Obama to hold the seat. Oh, and it is a foregin office.

read this:

The United Nations Security Council (UNSC) is one of the principal organs of the United Nations and is charged with the maintenance of international peace and security. Its powers, outlined in the United Nations Charter, include the establishment of peacekeeping operations, the establishment of international sanctions, and the authorization of military action. Its powers are exercised through United Nations Security Council resolutions.

Is Obama the head of the UN Security Council? God bless him. Has any other US President had that honor?

An office is a position held by an office holder. Hence the word "official". Not a council. And do you think there is some mind-control rays that make them settle disputes aginst the best interests of their own nation? Perhaps you should lend Obama your tinfoil hat?
