Cynthia Archer, 52, Walker's former Asst Admin Sec, is part of an FBI investigation into the complaint that Walker administration officials used tax-payer subsidised time to visit various on-line blogs and forums, posing as concerned citizens, and speaking out in support of Gov Walker's policies.
