Must have been a Beck rant today. Columbia International relations group allowing 15 students too be brainwashed, I guess???
I dont get it. Why are people like you so okay with this? Why doesnt it bother you? This isnt about Beck or where we heard about this. Hell, it should be national news. But this is about why the hell is this man allowed on our soil, and then a college campus?!?!
You could only hope so. Hell, if i were there, I would go solely to cause a disruption and call this man out for the scum he is. Sadly, I dont think we will see that. We'll probably see a bunch of liberal hippies nodding and applauding. I hope Im proven wrong.

Those left leaning students will have their orders about behavior and will certainly treat the man as all should be treated. Yes, they will applaud and carry on like you say.

I disagree. Ahmadinejab is a nutcase, and I wouldn't be saddened to hear that he passed away from lead poisoning. I also don't think the school had any reason to give him a forum to preach his crazy hatred. There is every reason to protest the school for making a stupid decision.
Having said that, once the decision is made to give him a chance to speak, the students that attend and want to hear him have a right to expect to do so. If we disrupt his presentation, we're no better than the crazy scum that shut down the Israeli speaker. It's nothing to do with him, but (with some exceptions) Americans are better than that. We can stand to hear speach that we don't agree with. We're not some doped up 60's hippies.
Ironically, this is true at many places OTHER THAN many of our universities, that stifle any speach that doesn't agree with the opinions of the administrators. Including, it seems, Columbia.
Ummm, how about how Iran has played roles in the deaths of our troops in Iraq. If that doesnt make them an enemy, I dont know what does.
I think it's more accurate to say that our having armies on their western and eastern borders is makes us their enemy.

I would've hoped, since I brought the question up specifically and since you obviously don't remember the details, that you would've reviewed the occasion of his last visit rather than continuing to spout "left" this and "liberal" that. Since you didn't, I will help out.
He has threatened over and over to destroy Israel and kill all the Jews in the world.
Can you provide a citation on where he has said he is going to "kill all the Jews in the world"?
What's disturbing is people actually believe this brainwashing. Israel is no innocent victim, that's for sure.
