Because little kids say stuff like that. They say "poo poo head" too. It cracks them up.
Personally, I have no trouble with kids saying words. The more you try to prevent words from being used the more power you give those words. Obviously we need to teach our kids how to act in public though so punishment for using bad language in school is fine with me. Calling it a 'hate crime' or whatever the heck this British school system is doing is just stupid IMO.

I'm on my IPhone so can't copy and paste but towards the end of the article it states the Labour Party, the equivalent of the Dems in the UK, mandated in 2002 that schools report all incidents of racism and homophobia.

I know some guys who worked at the airport. These are conservatives in South Carolina. An African lady came through several times flying back to Africa. She came to shop I guess. She told them she was royalty. She wore I guess what was traditional African upper class cloths. She was a big lady really dark. She would smile in their faces and not even speak to any AA. They would make so much fun of her after she walked away. They talked about African ingenuity being things I wont repeat. They are more than typical too. So you can set back and think you are seen as different from me but in reality you are laughed at by good Ole conservatives in the south. But please carry on with your twisted vision of America as it relates to Africans like you.
