The Obama campaign's private brownshirt sign-up? If you will recall he did something similar in Missouri during his 2008 campaign where he actually put state employees/officials on the payroll to report, arrest/intimidate those who spoke out against him.

This is what dictators do.

It does seem to have that report your neighbor flair to it that we have seen in dictator style governments. I think it's in poor taste.
