I've never once accused liberals of being over-educated or elite, it's been years since I met a liberal who showed signs of having a high school diploma much less being over educated. Liberals may believe that they're elite and over-educated but they also thought that Obama was a good choice in President.
Saw this recently on the back of an older Corolla, driven by a rather serious-looking 30-something gal, "I don't believe the liberal media". Any thoughts on what the bumper sticker means and/or the sort of person and mindset behind it?

There's the media, which is obviously overwhelmingly liberal and anyone who doesn't live in a cave knows this, regardless of how they lean.

Maybe you should increase the size and scope of your friendships. I've met plenty of conservatives and liberals that are extremely intelligent, and many are constants in my social circle. You have a lot of hatred for those that may hold a different opinion than you, and that's sad

It's not hatred, it's sadness. I feel sad for people who are so out of touch with reality that they let it affect their health and well being.
