The answer is more government agencies...and more control of our lives.

Giggle.

This is what happens when you do what the Reps want and weaken regulations. Because we have to protect fetuses but actual full grown human beings can drop dead of food poisoning.

I can't even imagine the nightmare of trying to trace an illness to the honey you consumed. It's virtually impossible. It's a buildup over time. Could be in your favorite cereal or drink or yogurt. I'm sure this is one of many products adulterated. Choosing organic is about the only way to fight back.

Over-regulation is the problem. We could have plenty of locals providing contamination free honey, if not for the meddling bureaucrats who pick n choose winners with subsidies, licensing and price controls. Everybody wants a piece of the action, and the consumer is the ultimate loser. Less regulation, more competition, the free market is the solution.

I don't know what to say about this other than I am glad that I buy Certified Organic honey from local sources.

How much more until the USA wakes up and tells China to go **** themselves???? They are buying up our country lot by lot and no one but a handful of Congressional representatives are even willing to talk about the insane trade agreements that we have in place with mercenary China.
Well, a long, long time ago when Hillary had a brain -
she made this comment (paraphrasing)
It's hard to tell your banker (China) to get ****ed.

That was/is the worst mistake this country
ever made.

Weird, because I can get fresh, organic honey whenever I want here... The local farmers markets always have stands and there's usually a honey guy parked near where my sister works selling honey for $4 a jar.

Maybe you should just buy locally and forget the stores.
