in their defense the posse is volunteering their services ( according to the WND article ). but it does beg the question if AZ tax payers would be paying for expenses. seems like a great way to get a year long hawaiian vacation all expenses paid.
I never heard of "volunteer" lawmen. Would their actions be legit?

And, if this is all that Arpaio's investigation turns up then the issue should be settled. Since you have nothing to fear from his investigation, you should let it proceed without further protest.
Obama if born in Hawaii gains citizenship from the 14th Amendment if he meets the subject to jurisdiction.
Obama is not a citizen under the original Constitution. Negroes, mulattoes and Indians were not citizens.
Obama's alleged father was a citizen of Kenya..did not have permanent residency or domicile. Obama fails to meet the subject to jurisdiction in the 14th Amendment.
Anyone who cannot see this is in denial. Obama is not a 14th Amendment citizen.
The 14th Amendment created citizenship for freed slaves. This was its sole purpose. A natural born citizen is a whole new ball game.
They were not considered citizens. This debate centers on the word natural in natural born Citizen.
Vattel in 1758..said the naturels...when you understand the meaning of natural..you will have your answer to the meaning of a natural born Citizen.
Natural is the key to this equation. What does it mean.
1758? Before the constitution was written, Vattel (who did not speak English AFAIK) said something in French about naturels? (spelled the French way) So what? He was not an American, his opinons don't matter.
