This thread kind of demonstrates why urban areas NEED more government. Urban areas are full of people jammed together in a small area, and people together create chaos, discord, and problems for each other. (OK they can do some beautiful things together too.) You get fewer rights that way but somebody has to be in charge to get things done and keep things from falling apart, or at least try to. Whether they succeed or not is another question.

Is there any statistical basis for this post or do we have all these pages based on your opinion ?

Tractors and farm equipment is very expensive.

I can't see anyone but a smart person coming up with that kind of money.

OK, sure. I'll take my rural neighborhood to this any day:

Yeah, the potato farmers of Idaho are well acquainted with grits and pigs feet.
Sheesh!

In some ways be thankful. These would be the very people who, if the supply chained got interrupted, would be waiting on their FEMA bottles of water and food.

Sounds like these people don't even know where our food is grown.

You are absolutely, 100% correct on all counts here.
They would also be the first ones to prove Darwin right, too.

OK fine. Come on out and work in a rural area some time. Spend a day bucking bales at a farm or with working high line with a logger for a day. 98% of helpless urbanites will be crying for mommy in an hour. "What...you actually want me to do MANUAL LABOR? mommie "
