How profound. "the wealthy add value"..

You've got a non-stop from Newark to Copenhagen near you.

Why don't you use it sometime?

You'll find a Nation that does the EXACT OPPOSITE of what your ideology calls for.

The have a huge government in comparison to their size, they have the highest taxes in the World (especially on the rich) , the have one of the highest rates of union participation in the World.

They rate the happiest country on earth.
A higher standard of living than the USA
They rate one of the least corrupt nations on earth.
Longest living, most educated, most press freedoms.

They would drop over laughing to death if some American who justifies the status quo here of dog-eat-dog, survival of the fittest economics/politics told them "the wealthy add value".....LOL

What exactly is my ideology that you mention? It appears that you've made some assumptions.

How is Octoberfest (oktober?) in Copenhagen ? I might have to take your suggestion.

Anybody that makes the crack "the wealthy add value" to defend these disgusting parasites who got away scott free after marketing these worthless mortgage backed securities, then running to the tax payer after it all collapsed, then have the nerve to use their lobbyists block any real reforms has a huge "i worship elites" ideology.

It's obvious where your sympathy lies. You make a crack on the protesters right off the bat.

If it wasn't for the Ron Paul signs, and NWO signs, I would have thought this was a giant left wing political rally.

The Tea Party would be there as well if it weren't for the "communists"...

Big deal. They got a loan from taxpayers. The taxpayers profited off of it. I don't see why taxpayers are complaining about that. Remember, the loans are being paid back with interest. The fact that most of it was paid back already, shows that it was a credible loan.

You can't lump all wealthy together as you did in your initial post.

Just incase are wondering... as close to NYC as my username implies, I am not a banker on Wallstreet.

I saw the Jesse Watters interviews of the protesters on the O'Reilly Factor. What was up with the little blonde - the one with the headband? Was she trying to look like an Indian, or a hippie chick, or what? A lot of those protesters seemed to be there just for the sake of protesting something. Watters said there was one who quit his job so he could come to the protest.

So some are angry that the government gave these banks loans? Fine, vote against those politicians who authorized the bailouts. Don't like the banks that made bade decisions leading up to those bailouts and kept their well rewarded CEOs? Take your money out of those banks. At the rate it's going, someone is going to escalate the protest with violence.
