Really don't think anyone cheering for the Death Penalty should call themselves moral or get on a high horse.

Well, according to the law of the land, it's not illegal.....so there goes your argument right out the window.

regardless it does not constitute the state or anyone else to take his life... it just doesn't... you can spin and spout everything you want.. it's wrong and you know it.. you will justify it with your belief system, your friends points of views, maybe your religion (I dunno how) but it is STILL wrong.. and deep down you SHOULD know it if you are indeed the person of moral character you claim to be...

LOL!!!!

Eyewitness testimony is VERY unreliable. And really? "probably received death threats from his thugster pals"? THIS is the foundation upon which you are basing your support of the death of another human being?

REALLY?

Ok.

Good idea!
What was the policeman's crime? Wearing a uniform and ordering a man who was pistol whipping another innocent man to stop? Two wrongs, wearing a uniform and then doing his duty don't sound like crimes to me and you are arguing that Davis is innocent, or might be, when all those people saw the whole thing?

MURDER is most certainly ILLEGAL.

Yes, it is.

Exactly. You would do well to remember that. You seem to be very confused about who is the actual victim here. It is not Troy. The victim is the officer, who got the death penalty from Troy. That wasn't fair, was it?
