This according to the secretary of the dept of Ag.

"U.S. Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack told members of the National Restaurant Association on Monday that Americans need to “adjust” their tastes so that they like the kind of food the government believes they should eat—and “we have to make sure that what we do is create the appropriate transition.”"

It appears our overlords didn't realize that some don't like eating cardboard. So we must adjust for the greater good and stop wasting government approved meals.

Freedom? Our overlords don't even know what that word is anymore.

Well when you think about it we have "adjusted" to crap already, non natural crap, so this is just more of the same only not as god-awful for you. Either way, you can eat what you like if you make your own food. That hasn't changed.

Oh, so you don't actually have anything to say on the topic? Pity.

To me, "Freedom" is not having to subsidize corn growers, and by extension, the firms that process corn into various types of food.

Your last sentence is the answer to all this. They think they have taken over and are pushing. The real problem, as I see it is that they may be right. I hope not but . . . . . . .

I have had to stop eating heavily salted food because it interferes with the fluid build up in my legs. I do miss adding tabler salt to eggs and everything else but I prefer keeping my feet attached to salty potato chips.

I guess they are talking about adjusting to low salt GMO corn dogs or some such big Ag junk food.

We will create our own gulags and not have to be led anywhere.
